 As a Fulfillment Manager for Weiss Research, Helen slashed fulfillment costs by 12.5% and cut average call time by 30 seconds. She then moved into print production where she again cut division costs while profitably managing the print buying, production and mailing of 12 – 20 million pieces per year.

 Helen next took on Weiss’s data processing department and managed the department through a software transition with no slowdown in productivity. She also established new productivity guidelines and QA procedures for the department.

 From data processing, Helen then moved to marketing management, where she developed and negotiated all marketing plans for e-mail and web campaigns. She also coordinated and scheduled the writing and creative production for division advertising.

At Weiss Money Management, Helen served as a Production Manager for special products. There, she tracked and analyzed marketing campaigns, helped develop division marketing plans and recommended list selections. She reduced “no code” sales from near 50% to less than 5% and used analytical list selection to increase the division’s direct mail and lead gen profitability.

Before launching her freelance career, Helen worked with American Writers & Artists as the Director of New Product Development. Over a 2-year period, she developed new products that brought in $1.5 million in new sales.
